Shared Parking Management

Where several companies share the same parking facility and, due to limited space, it is necessary to restrict the number of parking bays used by each of the companies. A simple control system is necessary in order to control access to the car park and to enforce quotas.

Example:

4 companies share a car park that has a single entrance and 120 parking bays. Each company is allowed to use only 30 bays at any one time. Each company employs more than 30 staff, therefore spaces must be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each company. The system must be able to restrict each company to a maximum of 30 vehicles inside the car park at any time while still permitting the entry of vehicles from companies that are below quota.
